Vortex Air Up System

 

The Torrix Vortex Air Up System is a permanently mounted onboard tire inflation system designed to make airing up faster, cleaner, and easier after a day on the trail.

 

Instead of unpacking hoses, dragging lines through the dirt, and connecting a loose multi-tire inflation kit every time you air up, the Vortex system is built into the vehicle. Stainless braided onboard plumbing routes air to each wheel well, where stainless mounting hardware secures a dedicated coupler at each corner. From there, short nylon braided lines connect from the wheel-well coupler directly to each tire’s Schrader valve using self-affixing valve connectors.Once all four tires are connected, simply turn on your onboard air compressor. The system distributes air evenly to all four tires, allowing them to fill together and equalize pressure across the vehicle.

Why Vortex?

Portable four-tire inflation systems have helped make airing up easier, but they still require extra storage space, unpacking, laying hoses on the ground, connecting long lines around the vehicle, and packing everything back up when you’re done.

 

The Torrix Vortex system takes that idea to the next level by making the air-up system part of the vehicle.
