At the core of the design is a double-arched inner panel, arched both top and bottom. This advanced geometry reduces overall weight while creating a dual-compression load path that efficiently transfers impact forces into the vehicle’s structure rather than concentrating them at a single point. Combined with internal bracing and gussets, the result is a slider that remains stable under load and capable of absorbing hard trail impacts.
